Peter was incredibly helpful in the store. He replaced our old washer and dryer (over 15 years old) with excellent Bosch machines. Timon and Peter delivered and removed them promptly. Reasonable prices and excellent service, top-notch!

At the beginning of the week, the dishwasher leaked. I sent a WhatsApp message about it that evening, which was answered that same morning, following a physical visit. They immediately took the old dishwasher with them, selected a new one to go with the refrigerator (it had been due for replacement for some time), and received a reasonable discount on the recommended retail price. Two days later, in the morning, both appliances were installed, and a good explanation was given afterward.
